  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/8 cup cocoa
  • 1/8 cup peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp water
  • caramel sauce (i used this one)

    • 3 tbsp plain flour
    • 1½ tsp vanilla extract
    • 3 tsp lemon juice
    • 3 large eggs, plus 1 yolk
    • 200 ml carton soured cream

For the Topping:

  • 300 g raspberries
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 gelatine sheet

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups Special K cereal (Corn Flakes may be subsituted, or use about 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal)
  • about 5 ounces marshmallows (half of one standard bag; I used large but mini are ideal)

  • 8-10 doughnut holes
Glaze and Topping
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (add more if needed for thickness)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
