Ingredients

for the cookie cups:

  • 3/4 cups butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 48 mini snickers bars

for the icing and caramel:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup shortening
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/8 cup cocoa
  • 1/8 cup peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp water
  • caramel sauce (i used this one)
