  • 4.5 oz baby kale
  • 2 cups quinoa, cooked
  • 2 oz pea shoots
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 4 oz cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 10 oz Cascadian Farm organic sweet peas, frozen
  • 1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds


  • 1 tbs Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup for a vegan version
  • 1/2 tsp ground fresh black pepper
