4 cups powdered sugar
Streusel:

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)

¼ cup brown sugar (or granulated sugar)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
